Initiate a Claim
Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your item to report any discrepancies between the auction listing and the physical product.
Review and Approval
Our appraisal team will review your claim, photos, and the original auction documentation to determine if the item qualifies for a return or credit.
Secure Packaging
If approved, package the item in its original condition and include all documentation, certificates of authenticity, and accessories included in the original lot.
Return Shipping and Refund
Ship the item back to our designated warehouse using a tracked service; once inspected, your refund or site credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
